As Part of the Protocol

S-TRO is not included in the Comprehensive or Foundational Protocols. Instead, it can be taken at any time for patients who require endocrine support.* Note that we do recommend pairing S-TRO with Advanced TUDCA, BioToxin Binder, and KL Support. This is because of the role the bile ducts play in supporting the body's natural detoxification processes, which helps to maintain optimal hormone levels. These three supplements also promote regular bowel movements, while supporting overall drainage.* 

Product FAQs

  • If the dose is too high, a patient may experience possible breast tenderness/pain, constipation/digestive symptoms, and fluctuations in their menstrual cycle. If any of the above symptoms occur, the dose can be reduced to one capsule per day with food, or one capsule every other day with food. This is also a sign to increase drainage support.

  • S-TRO can be taken with or without food, but is best tolerated with meals.

  • Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement to your routine. As a general guideline, it’s recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.
