Dr. George Stanton, D.C. - chiropractic Physician

Dr. George found the alternative health world through his own journey of struggling with fatigue, severe joint pain, brain fog, food sensitivities and IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). It was only after looking back at his health history in combination with persistent research, clinical training, and the right set of practitioners who asked the right questions, that he figured out the root to his health issues. His reprieve came after realizing that, like most others with chronic issues, it was not just ONE issue but multiple body systems, toxins, and infections driving his symptoms.

Dr. George realized living in a moldy house for 4 years in college initiated and compounded most of his symptoms. After his immune system was weakened, the foundation was laid for pathogens to take control of his system.  He did countless routine blood labs tests that always came back as “perfect”, yet he had a myriad of chronic symptoms. Though, as years went by, routine labs began to show prediabetes and stage 1 kidney failure (even with a good diet and regular exercise).

He discovered some other clinical tests and assessments that were more helpful in zeroing in on the potential problem. In the end, it was a combination of parasites, mold/fungus, toxic metals, Lyme with coinfections, and micronutrient deficiencies that were taxing his system and destroying his mitochondria. As he addressed each one of in his system, he started to restore his health and his symptoms began to improve. Joint pain went away, IBS was gone, food sensitivities lessened in severity with the ability to eat certain foods again, and brain fog and energy improved drastically. Now he is determined to help others in their journey to optimize their health and rediscover how true health feels, similar to the journey he was - and still is - on.

Dr. George Stanton is a National Board Certified Chiropractor who graduated from Cleveland University- Kansas City with his Bachelors of Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic in August 2014. He has post-doctoral training in Chiropractic Plus Kinesiology (CPK), Acupuncture, Sacral-Occipital Technique (SOT), and Functional Medicine.

Dr. George enjoys pushing the limits, was a Crossfit coach for 5 years, and continuing to participate in Crossfit along his journey to optimal health. Not only does he want to be healthy, he wants to explore anything and everything to help exceed his own expectations for his performance!
