Strategies to address parasites and their effects:

  • Be sure you are having 1-3 easy, comfortable bowel movements daily (we like Bowel Mover to help with this). You won’t eliminate parasites (or any other toxins) if you don’t have regular bowel movements!

  • Start slow with gut health supporting supplements - Para 1 and Ozonated Olive Oil capsules* are a powerful pair to help expel lingering GI disruptors.

    • *use code SAGE10 for 10% off ozonated products

  • Use the Para Kit during the 3-7 days surrounding a full moon to kick your gut’s immune function into high gear!

  • Schedule with one of our providers to help you along your health journey. Parasites can certainly alter your health and create symptoms, but it’s best to work with someone who can understand your history and symptoms to help you get to the root cause of your health concerns!
